ANNOUNCED (Q39 per compiled lists; Civilsdaily lists voter identity number and passport number as separate new items, so the per-number split of Q39/Q40 is not fully settled). Records the person's voter ID (EPIC) number and passport number/possession. NEW in 2027 — part of the identity-documents block (with Aadhaar and driving licence) that did not exist in 2011. Confidence: high that both items are in the schedule; medium on exact numbering/combination.
