NEW vs 2011: this question did not exist in the 2011 houselisting schedule (it was first introduced in the schedule notified for the postponed 2021 census, S.O. 120(E)); it supports food-security and PDS-related planning. NOTE: the 2011 schedule's 'availing banking services' question has no counterpart in the 2027 houselisting list — banking moved to the Phase 2 individual schedule as a bank-accounts question.
